MA/MSc Degree (16 years education) at least 45% marks in HRM, Psychology or equivalent from HEC recognized University. ii. General Terms & Condirons: 1. All the candidates applying for above-mentioned posts shall be entitled to an upper age relaxation as per Federal Government Rules.
