VACANCIES
Applications are invited from suitable candidates fulfilling the basic eligibility crietria. as stated
against each post, for the following “CONTRACT BASED POSITIONS” in a Public Sector
Organization:

01 PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST Merit Qualification.
1. University degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering, Management Sciences/Statistics / Economics, with an advance certification/diploma in the field of Procurement Management or related field from reputable local or foreign institution shall be preferred: 2. In-depth knowledge of PPRA Rules, International Donor’s Procurement Guidelines. etc. Knowledge and skills.
1. Training and Courses related to Procurement. Financial Management 2. Development of ToRs for EOls, RFP and Bidding Documents and Public Sector Tendering 3. Compliance Reporting 4. Preferably advanced certification in Contract Management 5. Evaluation of Bidding Documents Experience:
Should have preferably, ten (10) years’ experience in dealing with the procurement activities of Goods, Civil Works and Services. both under Government of Pakistan and Donor funded projects in Public/Private Sector Statutory organizations; Age Limit: Should not be more than 50 years of age
02 DIRECTOR COORDINATION Merit Qualification.
1. A minimum of 16 years of education, preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a HEC recognized University; 2. In-depth knowledge of Functioning and structures of Public Sector Institutions. Knowledge and skills.
1. Inter-personal/negotiation skills 2. IT and Presentation skills, Public sector administration 3. Public relations and coordination with public and private sector Experience:
At least 10 (ten) years of progressive managerial experience, preferably in Public sector. Age Limit: Should not be more than 50 years of age
03 PROJECT ASSISTANT KPK 1 Punjab 1 Qualification.
Minimum of 12 years of education in any discipline. preferably in science. Knowledge and skills.
Excellent Typing Skill and knowledge of MS Office Experience:
Minimum 5 (Five) years of progressive work experience, preferably in any public sector/private sector. HOW TO PREPARE APPLICATION PACKAGE:

• The positions are purely temporary and on fixed monthly salary.
